Near St Ursula's, Valletta

In November, Kate and I had 8 nights in Malta, staying the first 4 in the beautiful 17th century city of Valletta.

Quite a few tourists still, but heading off into the streets away from the main sights revealed many old, fading buildings and fewer but mostly more interesting people.

We were staying near the old church of St Ursula, and in the evenings at that time of year the low sun shone along some of the the main streets and highlit architectural features and passing figures.
