I had 3 nights in the centre of Manchester last week attending a conference, and the light was decent at times, so a little opportunistic street photography could be fitted in on a couple of the late afternoons.
First, a set in the ex-industrial area of Ancoats, a short bus ride north of Piccadilly Gardens, where I was staying. Here is a colourful mix of graffiti-ed Victorian industry and upwardly mobile gentrification.
