An overnight trip to London to the theatre included a couple of good meals, and visits to the Photographers Gallery (Deutsche Borse Prize shortlist, 2018), David Zwirner Gallery (Bridget Riley, Recent Paintings 2014 - 2017) and the Ferrari: Under the Skin show at the Design Museum.
This trip coincided with a cold snap, dubbed by the tabloids 'The Beast from the East' since it had blown in from Siberia, and this rendered the capital's streets treacherous, but gave the opportunity for some less usual images in falling snow.
I was glad of my Vallerret 'Claw' cold-weather photography gloves...
