I was recommended to visit this beach by my host, Jac Volbeda of the excellent Bagh Alluin B&B on North Uist.
Crashing surf, silver shell sand, and lovely patterned rocks at the north-east end of the bay.
Those are the St Kilda islands on the horizon, 44 miles away.
